Supplementary Labour

CWM will supply Supplementary Labour for your Production Panels to fulfill the your Labour requirements when you are short handed due to absenteeism or work load, flexibility is the key here by you being able to hire highly trained, skilled and experienced CWM persons at short notice for short or long term periods. This will allow you to employ a smaller workforce at your mine site keeping your costs to a minimum.
